Rituraj Singh was an Indian television actor who worked prominently with Bollywood , died on 20th February due to cardiac arrest.
Rituraj Singh died from a heart attack on 20 February 2024, at the age of 59. He was undergoing treatment for pancreatic ailments.
So the question arises , does their any connection of Pancreatic Alignment with Heart Attack?
According to Doctors, Pancreatic illness can’t cause cardiac arrest directly until and unless someone has got a hidden or undiagnosed condition in the heart or they have risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, blood sugar levels, cholesterol, smoking, a stressful or sedentary lifestyle.
Anyone who has got these risk factors along with pancreatic illness is vulnerable to even small blockages rupturing and causing a heart attack.
Sometimes clotting and blockages interfere with electric impulses of the heart, leading to a sudden cardiac arrest.”
Usually those who have pancreatic illness are alcoholic and heavy smokers, so there’s a high probability of them having silent heart disease.

What causes pancreatitis?
The pancreas produces dietary juices, called enzymes, that help with digestion. The pancreas makes and stores “turned off” versions of the enzymes.
After the pancreas sends the enzymes into the small intestine, they are “turned on” and break down proteins in the small intestine. If the enzymes are turned on too soon, they can start acting like digestive juices inside the pancreas. The action can irritate, damage or destroy cells. This problem, in turn, leads to immune system responses that cause swelling and other events that affect how the pancreas works.
Several conditions can lead to acute pancreatitis, including:
