Massive explosion was reported at the most popular cafe of the Bengaluru “Rameshwaram Cafe”, in Whitefield city, injuring near about five people.
The injured people have been shifted to the nearest local hospital and their treatment is going on.
Bomb blast has been confirmed by Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah saying “It was a bomb blast”.
The video of the bomb blast has been circulated in the social media where it clearly shows how the crowd was gathered in the area near Rameshwaram Cafe after the blast.

The Police and fire extinguishers reached the site where blast took place.
Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya wrote on social media, “Just spoke to Rameshwaram Cafe founder Sri Nagaraj about the blast in his restaurant.He informed me that the blast occured because of a bag that was left by a customer and not any cylinder explosion.One of their employees is injured.”
