Education department has mandate Bihar Contractual Teachers to clear competency exam within maximum three attempts

If anyone who is appointed as a contractual teacher in Bihar then be prepared for your exam and pass within maximum three attempts. The one who fails will be in risk.

PATNA:- The Bihar Education Department have made a new rules for the contractual teachers. It says ” it is mandatory for every contractual teachers in the state to pass the competency examination conducted by it” . Bihar Education Dept is going to conduct exam and the Contractual Teachers have to clear this within maximum limit of Three Attempts or else they have to lose their job.

Dept says, “Contractual teachers can become state government employees only if they fill forms for the examination between February 1-15, 2024. The admit cards will be issued on February 16. The examination will be held from February 26 to March 13, 2024.

The Computer Based Test will have 150 multiple-choice objective questions. Exam syllabus will be same as that of the Teachers’ Recruitment Exam (TRE) conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission. The pass percentage for the exam will be 40% for general category, 36.5% for backward class, 34% for backward class (annexure-1) and 32% for scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, disabled and women candidates.
