NEW DELHI:- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have set raid on Jammu and Kashmir Ex-Governor Satya pal Malik’s Residency on Thursday.
In connection with a corruption investigation involving the Kiru Hydroelectric Power Project, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) hubsearched the residence of former governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Satya Pal Malik, on Thursday.
Thirty sites were searched by the investigation agency in relation to the case. Malik’s Delhi residence was also the subject of searches. In the course of its ongoing investigations into a case pertaining to purported irregularities in the awarding of tender for civil works of the Kiru Hydroelectric Project, which is being carried out by Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited (CVPPPL), the CBI searched about eight locations in Delhi, Jammu, and Kashmir last month.
