Delhi:- A woman from Darjeeling was raped by her friend for seven days in Delhi. The accused not only beat the victim but also tried to torture her by throwing hot dal on her.
A call was received at the Neb Sarai police station in Delhi. It was said that a woman was being beaten by her husband. After this, the police team reached the spot. Here the victim was rescued and taken to AIIMS. 20 injury marks have been found on the woman’s body.
Police arrested the accused. The name of the accused is Paras (28). He hails from Uttarakhand and was a cook in a hotel in Delhi.
The woman wanted to go to Bangalore for a job. She had decided to meet Paras as her train was passing through Delhi. However, Paras kept her with him without letting her go and tortured her. A case has been registered against the accused under IPC sections 323 (intentionally causing hurt), 376 (rape) and 377 (unnatural sex).
