MPSC 2024 has released notification for “Guidelines for Disabled Candidates “.

Maharashtra Public Service have released the notification for the disabled candidate who are not able to write.

During the examinations organized by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission, ‘Guidelines for Disabled Candidates’ have been published on the Commission’s website in accordance with the provision of compensatory time for disabled persons and provision of scribes during the examination as per their demand if the disabled candidates are not able to write.

01:- Accordingly, after submitting the application as per the advertisement to be published by the commission, it is mandatory for the concerned disabled candidates to take the help of writer and/or make up time in case of need for compensatory time by submitting the request application as per the provisions of the government circular with all relevant documents to the commission.

02:- . Candidates with Disabilities who have applied for Maharashtra Gazette Civil Services Combined Pre-Examination-2024 published by the Commission and require the assistance of a writer and/or compensatory time request application in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents pre-examination Must be sent to the email id mpsc.gov.in on or before 20th February, 2024.

03:- With regard to the attention of disabled candidates seeking authorisation, the educational qualification of the laboratory assistant should be less than the minimum educational qualification for the said examination and should be one step less than the educational qualification of the candidate. Necessary As per the provisions of the said Government circular, the disabled candidate must demand a scribe.

04:-It is mandatory for the candidates who have submitted the application for the above examination to submit the application again for permission in the prescribed manner based on the provisions of the present prospectus.

05:- Concession of writing and/or compensatory time will not be payable to the candidates for claiming for clerical and/or compensatory time only while submitting the application in accordance with the relevant advertisement. Concession of authorship and/or compensatory time shall be payable only if the candidates have taken separate prior permission from the Commission in the prescribed manner by claiming through the application form.

06:- Candidates requiring authorship and/or compensatory time Form 1/Form 2. Documents such as significant disability certificate and specimen number 11 should be submitted.

07:- Candidates with Blindness/Physically Handicapped (Both Hand Impaired/Non) Cerebral Palsy are not required to submit Form11 .

08:-Candidates with disabilities seeking scribe must also mention their educational qualification in Form 1/Form 2
