Decision for State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has decided to extend ten minutes after the scheduled examination time for the students of class X and XII. Taking into consideration the interests of the students and the demands of parents and students, this decision will give relief to the students who are preparing for the 10th-12th board exams.
Rumors of the question paper going viral on mobile and other social media, it was pointed out that the incident is happening to some extent. To prevent such incidents and ensure smooth conduct of examinations in a safe, fear-free and copy-free environment, the facility of distribution of question papers ten minutes prior to the allotted time of the examination was introduced from February-March 2023 examination. Ten minutes are given for the other exams.
