The 9th Joint note was concluded on 8th march 2024 showing the discussion between Indian Bank's Association and Officer's Association. Their was a brief discussion regarding salary hike between Indian Bank Association and Officers Association, which gives the Good News to the workmen of the banks and the candidates preparing for the banking exams. Both parties have agreed that the total quantum of wage revision increase shall be Rs 8248 crore which is 17% of the cost of payslip components. New salary of pay will be constructed by merging Dearness Allowance corresponding to 8088 points. Following are the issues which IBA and Officers association have discussed.
